4. Shipping & Delivery

USA Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

International Orders: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds
Orders may be returned only if the item is broken, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order, along with images of the product.

Once approved, returns will be processed, and refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days, excluding shipping fees.

If you choose to exchange the item (due to damage or wrong product), no additional shipping fee will be charged.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
